A Little About Me
Life, in all its
messy, delicious,
complicated glory.
Maybe you’re asking yourself, “What makes me the right person to write about food and love?” The short answer: life.
Glorious Mistakes & Kitchen Chaos
I’ve cooked through first dates, heartbreaks, anniversaries, and arguments where the only thing saving the day was the smell of something bubbling on the stove.

I’ve burned dinners (and bridges), made glorious mistakes, and laughed my way through plenty of kitchen chaos.
For me, perfection isn't the goal—connection is.

Hands in the Soil, Eyes on the Sea
When I’m not stirring something in a pot
you’ll usually find me with my hands in the soil. Gardening slows me down, the way cooking does. It teaches patience.

And when I need a reset, I head to the sea-it’s my anchor, my muse, and my happy place.

My Roots
From Those Who Raised Me
A father who was a hunter taught me respect for the wild. He showed me that ingredients aren't just commodities, they are life.
A mother who sees magic in every garden showed me that food starts long before the kitchen—it starts in the earth.
And my grandmothers, with their recipes, beauty secrets, and rituals, gave me the foundation for everything in these pages.
"This book is my collection of flavors and little rituals—wrapped up in recipes and playful ideas dedicated to love. It is about nourishing yourself, cherishing each other, and finding romance in the everyday moments".
